Our Story
Born From Personal Experience
SKYE PETS was founded in 2021 after we struggled to find a practical and comfortable way to relocate our three Siberian Huskies internationally, without flying them in the cargo hold.
When we realised no such option existed, we created one. What started as a personal solution quickly attracted broader demand, as many other pet families were searching for the same alternative.
There are many reasons pets cannot travel in cargo: breed restrictions, size, health concerns, or anxiety. We wanted to build something that made international pet travel simpler and more humane for families like ours.
Today, SKYE PETS is Australia's only international in-cabin pet charter service, operating shared private flights across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Dubai and the United States.
Our philosophy is simple: Pets are family, not excess baggage.
