Choose the area that fits your stay
A serviced apartment can suit a relocation better than a resort package, while a small-dog hotel offer may suit a short break. Schedule the pet’s accommodation around actual clearance or quarantine arrangements. An old recommendation for a hotel under a former name is not evidence that its present operator accepts pets.
| Hotel | Area | Pet arrangement |
|---|---|---|
| Capella Singapore | Sentosa | One pet up to 15 kg; no unattended pets. |
| Conrad Singapore Orchard | Orchard / Tanglin | Dedicated pet stay programme and concierge. |
| Citadines Balestier Singapore | Balestier | Pet-friendly serviced apartments; request the current pet terms. |
| Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong | Katong / Joo Chiat | Pet Getaway package; one dog up to 10 kg; book at least two days ahead. |
Capella Singapore — Sentosa
A resort-style choice on Sentosa rather than a city-centre apartment. The published accommodation policy permits one pet up to 15 kg per room. Pets cannot be left unattended and are excluded from indoor restaurant seating, the spa and swimming pools. This makes it a considered holiday option for a smaller pet, with meals and activities planned around its access rules.

Conrad Singapore Orchard — Orchard / Tanglin
The hotel offers a dedicated pet-friendly experience and a pet concierge, useful if you want a hotel base around Orchard rather than Sentosa. Its programme includes pet bedding and local recommendations. Ask the reservations team to match the room to your pet’s size and species; this is particularly useful when arranging a longer stay around a relocation.

Citadines Balestier Singapore — Balestier
A serviced-apartment option to compare when kitchen facilities and an everyday neighbourhood matter more than a resort setting. It has a specific pet-friendly FAQ. Book the pet arrangement together with the apartment and ask for the total pet charge over your intended length of stay, since a longer booking can change the overall value.

Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong — Katong / Joo Chiat
A clear option for one small dog: the Pet Getaway package accepts one dog up to 10 kg and must be booked at least two days before check-in. It includes a pet bed, bowl and water fountain. Dogs must remain accompanied and be on lead or in a carrier outside the room. Choose it for a neighbourhood stay in Katong rather than assuming it is a Bugis or Orchard hotel.

Make the first night easy
Give the hotel your arrival time, pet species, number of animals and weights in the same message as your room request. Ask for the complete room-and-pet price for your dates. Keep your pet’s usual food, a familiar blanket and any medication in your arrival bag, and choose a room location with a straightforward route outside. For cats, a quiet room and a secure place for the litter tray matter more than a dog-walking package.
These are independent accommodation options, not SKYE PETS partners or a guarantee of availability. The linked property policies and your confirmed reservation determine the stay.
